The rules and regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all events, and by participating in these events, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules.

No express or implied warranty of safety shall result from publication of, or compliance with these rules and regulations. These rules are strictly a guide and in no way guarantee against property damage, injury or death to any participant, spectator or official. All competitors assume full responsibility for any and all injuries sustained, including death and property damage, anytime they are in the racing areas or in route to and from.

Rules Policy

• These rules shall apply to each and every driver, owner, sponsor, mechanic, crew member and/or any other pit personel participating in any series event.
• All persons are welcome to submit suggestions for rule changes at any time.
• In general, rule change proposals will be considered at the end of the racing season.
• Any mid-season rule change will be posted on this page and drivers will sign an acknowledgment of the rule change.
• No modifications other than those specified in this rule book are acceptable.
